What are the payment options?

We are working to create our shop online, so check back soon for more inventory and payment options! As of right now, we are willing to place orders for you over the phone or in person at our location. We accept cash and card, but we do not accept checks. If you have any further questions regarding our payment options, please reach out to one of our representatives. 

What is your return policy?

We want our items to last, and we have the technicians that are here to fix any issues that your bike runs into. We understand when the part doesn't fit you or it doesn't live up to what you were expecting, and we want to honor that. For all of our products, you are given 90 days to return your part from the date of delivery. You must have a copy of the receipt or an email copy of the receipt if you decide to pay over the phone or on our website. Bikes or accessories that have experienced physical or weather-related damaged not caused by a defect in the part is not something that our return policy is willing to cover. If you have any further questions regarding our policies, please reach out to one of our representatives.
